Retainer Fee Policy for New Clients
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
All Grooming services require a $50.00 retainer
Nail Trimming and Non-Bath services require a $15.00 retainer
The retainer must be paid once the appointment date is confirmed. This helps us hold your spot and prepare for your pet’s visit with the attention they deserve.
